The centre of Ahangama can be reached within a 20-minute walk, and natural attractions like the Stilt Fisherman are nearly a 5-minute drive away. Koggala Lake stands 3.1 km from the Mellow Ahangama. Ahangama Beach also lies approximately a 10-minute ride away. For those travelling from afar, Koggala airport is 10 minutes' drive away.

During my recent stay, I was thrilled to find everything I value in a hotel encompassed within one charming locale. The facility boasted a vibrant co-working space with reliable Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay productive while enjoying my surroundings. The communal kitchen and outdoor dining area offered a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow travelers over delicious meals from the on-site café, while the yoga classes were a calming complement to my active lifestyle. Being just a brief walk from the stunning beach filled with surf spots for all skill levels was an added bonus. This beautiful retreat truly exceeded my expectations with its friendly atmosphere, lush greenery, and excellent team. I left with a heart full of gratitude and anticipation for my next visit.
